Darya Fetisova’s artworks are defined by a strong physical presence, expressive intensity, and an underlying sense of inner strength.
Darya Fetisova (b. 1998) lives and works between Limassol and Moscow. Her multidisciplinary practice spans painting, graphic art, sculpture, and installation, focusing on an emotional dialogue with the viewer through scale, colour, and form.
Drawing on cultural codes and everyday narratives, she portrays figures that embody both physical presence and inner strength, aiming to evoke a heightened sensitivity to human nature.
Since 2017, she has presented solo exhibitions and participated in residencies, biennials, and symposiums in Russia and internationally. Alongside her artistic practice, she teaches lithography at the Moscow Surikov State Academic Institute of Fine Arts.
Fetisova is a member of the Russian Academy of Arts’ creative workshops and has received awards from the institution. Her work has been exhibited at venues including the Tretyakov Gallery and Zaryadye Media Centre, as well as art fairs such as BLAZAR and PAF. Her works are held in private collections worldwide.
